My name is Aaron Woodson. I'm 38 years old. I was born and raised in Vallejo, California. I am a U.S. Air Force military combat veteran. I served two tours in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom! I am a published author of two self-published books entitled The Face of Expression and The Face of Expression 2: In Your Face. They are both Poetry (Non-Fiction) genre books that are a collection of poems about love, life, pain, loss, relationships, faith, inspiration, and more. I am also a screenplay writer and I collaborated with a talented and accomplished screenwriter in his own right, Mike Messier. Together we wrote the screenplay entitled AALIYAH & TROY. We are working to adapt this into a movie. This script is an African-American feature film script about a military veteran, (Troy) who is a lone wolf suffering from PTSD. He meets a potential love interest in Aaliyah who is a single mom love interest. They strike up a friendship and Aaliyah introduces Troy to a community of spoken word at a local club called Club Expressions. Her sister Monica oversees the club and encourages Troy to enter a Poetry Tournament. Aaliyah's baby daddy Brett, is the defending poetry champion who is defending his title against all comers. Aaliyah's complicated relationship with Brett threatens to push Troy over the edge. I also was featured in a collaborative testimonial book entitled, Unshakeable Faith. I have an upcoming book project called THE FINAL EXPRESSION 3D that I am currently working on now. I am also getting ready to launch an audio book version of my first book, THE FACE OF EXPRESSION very soon. I like to sing, dance, travel, watch sports, dine out, and have fun. My favorite football team is Las Vegas Raiders. My favorite basketball team is The Golden State Warriors! I am single and never been married. I also have no children.
