Angela Billings, U.S. Air Force veteran, strategic communicator, entrepreneur, and speaker, has performed in many high-profile positions while serving in the Air Force, including communicating internationally in Germany, Korea, and Afghanistan, and as the senior Air Force representative in New York City. She is currently the director of communication for the Kentucky Senate Majority. As an entrepreneur, strategist, and business leader, Angela is a master communicator who has coached military officers and executives and was an Air Force spokesperson for over twenty years. She has prepared clients for media interviews and congressional testimony in the United States, Germany, Korea, and Afghanistan.

A powerful speaker, Angela provided operational updates to military and civilian leaders of NATO’s International Security Assistance Force in London in 2007. She provided leadership and communication training to Republic of Korea officers while at United States Forces Korea, Seoul, Korea. Angela has weathered the toughest of public relations storms: the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the Pentagon, airplane crashes, base closures, force reshaping, unit deployments, troops in contact, and downed helicopters in combat against the Taliban. After more than twenty-two years in the Air Force, Angela retired from active-duty service. Angela has been the director of communication for the Kentucky Senate Majority and was recently named as one of The Kentucky Gazette’s 2023 Most Notable Women In Kentucky Politics and Government.
