Growing up, I always found myself at the intersection of technology and leadership, driven by a passion for ethical advancement. My journey began over two decades ago, diving deep into program and process management, where I initiated and led numerous digital transformations, company reorganizations, and offshoring initiatives.
The pivotal moment came when I became the first woman in Switzerland to achieve the prestigious IPMA Level A certification as a program director, joining an elite group of fewer than 3,000 professionals worldwide. This achievement was not just a career milestone but a testament to my commitment to excellence and innovation in project management.
As the founder and managing director of swisswolf Consulting, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of organizations, providing consulting, coaching, and training services. My expertise is backed by advanced studies at Harvard and Cambridge and an MBA focusing on change management and leadership, ensuring a cutting-edge approach to technology-driven business transformation.
Ethical leadership in AI is my personal mission, which led to the creation of the Ethic Pocketknife concept, bridging the gap between technological advancement and moral responsibility. My work in AI ethics is fueled by a belief that integrity should be at the core of innovation.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I find inspiration in the Swiss Alps, hiking with my dog, which grounds my passion for sustainability and ethical practices. This holistic approach to life and work continues to push the boundaries of ethical leadership, inspiring the next generation of business leaders.
