Chaz Allen is an American poet based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. His journey with writing began at a very early age, but he did not venture into poetry until he was around 16 – this is where he found his home in writing. Chaz’s poems are often wrapped in allegory, metaphor, abstraction, and span a wide variety of subjects. The intent is to convey a deeper message than one may expect to find on the surface alone.
The release, Poems from Quarantine, is Chaz’s second full-length collection. His first collection of poems, The Thirteenth Circle, aimed to invoke a truly visceral response from its readers through the autobiographical nature of its writing. Poems from Quarantine aims to invoke more of the same.
