Born and raised in Honolulu, Dr. Cindy Lee Neighbors is a former Otolaryngologist and retired U.S. Army officer. She graduated with honors from the Uniformed Services University and subsequently trained at Tripler Army Medical Center for five years in a rigorous Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgical residency. A lifelong passion for storytelling led her to pursue a writing career after retiring from military medicine. TOO MUCH is her debut memoir.
