In the beginning of my career in agriculture, I became a self-taught nutritionist along with many years working in pathology.  I soon realized the relationship or connection between nutrition and disease.  This then led me to the human sciences leaning towards integrated or complementary medicine.  Their philosopy of natural foods, supplements, and medicinal herbs has had a positive influence on my health and long-life, and their belief in treating the cause of disease rather than just treating symptoms.
