Isabella Ides is a poet turned playwright turned novelist. The Godma's Daughters: A Love Story, A Time Travel, A Vision Quest, her second novel, recently garnered an IndieReader Approval badge. White Monkey Chronicles: The Complete Trilogy, her debut novel, winner of the Jemma Award for speculative fiction, is based on her award-winning play, The Early Education of Conrad Eppler. Her adaptions, Little Women and The Secret Garden, have been published by YouthPlays. Getting Dangerously Close to Myself, her book of poetry was published by Slough Press in Austin, Texas, when Isabella was frequently seen on the poetry performance scene.
