I studied philosophy and psychology at Trent University in Peterborough, Canada. My current book 'What Is Ethics?' draws on both of these subject areas as well as more than twenty years of experience in public policy. This is my first published work in philosophy. My research in creative industry development has been cited by leading researchers in more than 20 countries.
