Linda Dodwell was born in Hackensack, New Jersey. Following Princeton High Class of ’62, she was awarded an R.N. Degree from the Ann May School of Nursing in Neptune N.J. Marrying a Princeton University and Yale Law School grad led her to the West Coast and a 1983 BFA in Painting at the San Francisco Art Institute. In 1989, now an empty nester and a divorcee, she set out to uncover her passion for adventure learning the art of the motorcycle, traveling the world, living bi-hemispherically and competing in the Peking to Paris 1997 car rally. Today she divides her time between the San Francisco Bay shoreline and the Australian inspired homestead in Sonoma County.
