Author Mantra Lotus, Founder of the Loose Woman's Sanctuary and Host of the Hello Goddesses Podcast is a St. Louis, Missouri native. As a Social Activist, Artist, and Narrative Poet, she creates vivid tales, mystical folklore, and cautionary fables influenced by her own self-exploration and female empowerment. She challenges society by portraying strong yet vulnerable female characters and in subtle duality she arms them with thought, provoking political riffs and sexy feminine humor. Mantra Lotus began creative writing at a young age and has won many poetry contests. She studied Journalism and Children’s Creative Writing. She was a feature writer for two online magazines and an established blogger for many years. Her writing is Liberating, Empowering, and Raw. She is the author of the children's books "Shades of You, 100 Shades of Black", an uplifting color therapy book for Black Children, and “Sarrah’s Ice Cream" A creative expression of a child with Autism. Her book “Brownslip, A Loose Woman's Memoir" has sold 100 of copies and has been the topic of newspaper articles and feature magazine articles. She has published two small mindful mediation handbooks in ebook format and created animated books, "4 Ways To Have A Purposeful Life" and "I Believe in Miracles".
