A debut author, Melanie Hope Lang teaches high school English, travels the world, and rescues wild animals around her home. Melanie has lived in 5 states and over 13 cities. When not living the gypsy life, she and her husband plant their roots in Western Kentucky, raising four extraordinary children.
A high school dropout turned teacher has a passion for education. Melanie earned her bachelor’s in Secondary English Education with a minor in public speaking after seven years of college as a single mother. Once teaching, she realized the various needs of her students and continued her education for four additional years. Since, Melanie has earned a master’s in Teacher Leadership: Reading & Writing Specialist and another master’s in Teacher Leadership: Gifted & Talented Coordinator.
