Brion had a long career in civil engineering and construction with the last 10 years as a full-time Project Safety Manager. In 2000, at the behest of a friend, he published his first book of poetry titled: When The Rose Fades. It can be purchased at Brion’s Poetry website. Additionally, as a means to be involved with current events in 5 Western States, he wrote a few articles for newspapers as well as many Letters to Editors regarding National, State and Local issues.
