Sumin Lee is a writer and speaker focused on instructor training, leadership development, professional development, and self-development. For the past 25 years, he has been lecturing employees of Korea's Fortune Global 500 companies - such as Hyundai Motor Company, Kia Motors, Samsung Electronics, and LG Chem, helping them develop their skills. Through K-education content, he contributes to the growth and development of Korean companies, public institutions, and their employees.
Since 2018, he has been active as a columnist for Donga Business Review, one of Korea's leading business journals. His published works include "Sell Now with Writings, Not Just Words" and the upcoming "The Road to Leadership: Uncomfortable but Necessary" (to be released in 2024).
Lee graduated from Sungkyunkwan University with a degree in law and obtained an Executive MBA from Seoul National University Business School. He accumulated about 15 years of experience as a Human Resource Development manager and instructor at the Hyundai Research Institute and Hyundai Motor Company. For the past 10 years, he has been running Training Consulting Firm, SM&J PARTNERS with Dr. Soojin Baik, a job crafting expert.
