Dr. Warrick, from a large immigrant family, was inspired by her parents' sacrifices and developed a strong work ethic. She excelled academically, skipped a grade, and started college at 16 while working multiple jobs. She earned her Master's in epidemiology and achieved her dream of building her own home early. Despite the loss of her father and other challenges, she stayed determined and redirected her focus towards new passions. Dr. Warrick's faith and her father's resilience guided her through hardships. She is now an educator, business owner, and author, with her book "Burst the Bubble" providing insights into pharmaceutical careers. As CEO of Lesous Consulting LLC, she leads and empowers others in clinical research.
