Tinky Weisblat is a food writer and singer. She lives in Hawley, Massachusetts, and Alexandria, Virginia, with a cat named Rhubarb and a dog named Cocoa. Tinky has a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Tennessee and a Ph.D. in American studies from the University of Texas. She is known to readers and television viewers as the Diva of Deliciousness.

Tinky is the author of two books, The Pudding Hollow Cookbook and Pulling Taffy, as well as the forthcoming Love, Laughter, and Rhubarb. She tries to use her knowledge of American history and culture in everything she writes. She strongly believes in the ways in which food and cooking nourish and connect people, both through literal sharing of food and through across-the-generations sharing of recipes.
