Author Tracey “TK” Sheffield, MA, lives in Wisconsin and writes about her home state from her heart. She’s an author, educator, and over-50 model, and she pens mysteries and romantic comedies for readers who want to laugh, escape, and enjoy stories served with fried cheese curds or that sweet, Midwest-only treat, frozen custard. Tracey has been a horse lover since reading A Filly for Joan by C.W. Anderson as a child. She grew up in Madison, Wisconsin—a problem for an outdoor-loving, horse-crazy girl—and quickly moved to the country. She has degrees from UW-Madison and Mount Mary University, and when she’s not writing, she’s sharing her beautiful backyard on Instagram. Tracey is co-secretary of the Wisconsin chapter of Sisters in Crime and a member of the events committee for the Wisconsin Writers Association.
