The iconic Catskills guidebook now opens the region to diverse people of color or otherwise on limited incomes so they too can enjoy the 350,000 acres of forest preserve that is protected as Forever Wild by Article 14 of the New York State Constitution and the jurisdiction of NYSDEC, NYCDEP, NYS State Parks and of course the anti-discrimination agency New York State Division of Human Rights.
