Katheryn Kellington, a classy, voluptuous Southern belle, was once bored, sexually challenged, & curious enough to engage in a torrid porn project with the African student, Massai Mobuku, but now she wants a more meaningful relationship.
Can she turn her lust for 'massive' Massai into love?
Author DH Chewins made his publishing debut with AN IMMORAL EROTIC PARABLE OF AMERICAN EVE & AFRICAN ADAM and now offers LUST 2 LOVE – following his penchant for Internet exploration of accessible porn and interracial chatrooms. An engineer with considerable experience with computers, his writing style is fluid and mirrors his interest in ‘interracial sex stories, the black-man-and-white-woman kind.’
Chewins continues the romance initiated in his debut novel with this successful book. His writing is more elegant this time ‘round, as his opening lines reveal: ‘The fall, at the tail-end of summer in September, was the best season to be in New York. The oppressive humidity gave way to a crisp, shivering breeze. The leaves on the trees turned to crimson red slowly, before fluttering down onto the footpaths in a cascade of pleasantly crunchy leaves. This was the time to best experience New York slowly, deeply, and on foot.’ And into this scene steps Katheryn Kellington – all dolled up with an informed list of designer styles, stopping in a café – ‘It had been six weeks since Katheryn returned from filming in Atlantic City, where she met her newfound interest, Massai Mobuku…The dry spell without sex with the alpha Massai was killing her.’ And so begins the new storyline.
The manner in which the author approaches’ ‘privates’ scale is funny and an intricate part of the story. and Chewins posts a blurb at book’s beginning: ‘To be or not to be (in love)? That is the question—for Katheryn Kellington to ponder. Now that the Devilish joke is over and Katheryn, our sex goddess, has returned home to Atlanta, Georgia from filming intense and torrid porn with Massai Mobuku in Atlantic City, what happens next? The experience has changed the voluptuous Southern belle. How is she coping with the aftermath? She’s still young and voracious at her sexual peak at 39. Torn between lust and love, will she stay married? Or…This book explores and exposes her thrills of the forbidden. It is a continuation of Katheryn’s explicit interracial sex saga, unintentionally involving her parents Kacey and Howard.’
This steamy tale of erotica explores ED, the age-old lust vs. love response, and one of the best discussions of interracial affairs and erotic encounters before the public today. DH Chewins is proving to be a remarkably fine author on a mission to titillate while sharing a very positive nod to understanding racial concepts. Recommended reading for not only the Chick Lit devotees but to men as well. Grady Harp, November 21.
Lust2Love by D H Chewins is a unique story that doesn’t hold back when it comes to exploring every aspect of a passionate relationship, but unlike many erotic titles that came before it, this book offers more.
This story is funny, warm and of course, quite sexy. It fascinates and embraces the intimacies of sexual acts offering a freedom of exploration that is quite refreshing.
The reader may feel they know the stars of this story as the characters are portrayed deeply and with conviction. Sure, they are drop-dead gorgeous, but isn’t that what most readers want?
Katheryn Kellington is a long-legged blonde who dreams of having her co-star to herself on a permanent basis. Her lover, Massai Mobuku, is dark, strong and exciting. As an interracial couple, the author offers his readers a diverse and thought-provoking look into their lives.
The reader will become engrossed in the love-forlorn protagonists’ attempts to lure her porn star partner into her life. But not just for sex. This time she wants love and an ongoing relationship that will provide for her every need. As well, she needs to navigate herself around her divorce proceedings and get used to living at home again with her parents.
So, can she grow her relationship from lust to love?
The writing style is clear and concise. This, along with the book’s short length, makes it easy to read and follow. Introductory passages that celebrate the seasons and nature are artfully created evoking a sense of realism to this novel. They also reveal the author’s power over the written word.
If you are curious about how one couple turn their lust for each other into love, then this is the book for you. It is an engaging page turner and readers will feel they are being given access to the lives of two very different, but intriguing people. I highly recommend Lust2Love: Interracial Struggles of the Kellingtons (Zen & the Art of Interracial Love) by D H Chewins.
