This book took a wonderful walk alphabetically through the New Testament with wonderful artwork and scripture references. It is an amazing book for those of any denomination and will now be my go-to book to include in my baby shower gifts!
I love that this ABC book is appropriate for a wide range of children’s ages. There’s something on each page for toddlers on up to older children who are trying to learn more about the New Testament. The pictures and colors are so vibrant and interesting to look at. I especially love that the words chosen to represent each letter of the alphabet are so specific to the New Testament and the life of Christ. I also love that there is a scripture quoted on each page that teaches about the featured word. This book will be a great study companion with the Come Follow Me program that our family is studying this year. Two thumbs up!
What a cute book!! And such a perfect resource to use with my young kids, teaching them from Come Follow Me this year. I love that there’s scripture on each page, and new concepts and stories introduced with each letter, in a simple and easy to understand way. I’ve been thinking I’ll do one letter a day with my kids, and talk about these stories of Jesus as a way to familiarize them with the New Testament. Thank you!!
This book has bright and beautiful illustrations, and a wide array of text appealing to all audiences. Each letter has a simple word and explanation included (great for infants and toddlers) as well as a more detailed description and scripture (better for older children and adults). I appreciate that it’s small enough to bring in my diaper bag and that’s it’s easy to pull out at church. It is indeed a great ‘primer’ for learning more about the New Testament!
I bought this for my kids to read while at church. I love that they’re learning about God and his word staying quiet so I can learn too-haha! The illustrations are beautiful, and I would put the book at a 3-11 age range. The pictures hold the littles’ attention while the scriptures are perfect for my older ones.
