Drought has ruined the land, fields are dry and barren, and Prince Rillon knows he can save the world. The problem, as he has discovered in his secret research, is that the Callers are asleep on the job. Whatever these mysterious beings are, the prince is confident that they will restore the weather to normalcy if only they are awakened. And to awaken them, all he has to do is touch the unicorn’s horn. As soon as he can find the unicorn, that is. Enter Sky, the forest nim who has all the answers, including where to find the unicorn. But Prince Rillon is a townie, and nims and townies don’t get along, do they? And is it possible that the Callers might not be the right answer to the drought? Might they actually be even worse?
