Jay Smalley, seventeen, loves remote control aviation. He spends most of his time with model planes at the San Fernando Valley miniature airfield near his home. When a newcomer to the field arrives and boldly practices flight maneuvers with a military-issue drone, Jay suspects he may be an assassin who uses drones to kill.
