One king’s rise. One inescapable war. One with the power to stop it.

An ancient enemy has awoken. A heinous attack in the sleepy village of Strane has left men, women and children slain. Some of the villagers have been taken captive, along with the king’s son and sole heir to the throne of Edithor.

The king must now call upon his most skilled knights, the Bowmen, who must make the perilous quest to the snow-packed lands of Dinbor to save their countrymen from the bitter grasp of the merciless fanes.

If the prince dies, the bloodline of kings will be broken. Yet fear culminates as to a far darker plot that may be unravelling, a plot so dreadful it would cast the world into an everlasting darkness that no light could touch.
